Oh yeah, their very compassionate, right, could of fooled me. After suing me for subpar work for $8,000.00, it turned into a $18,000.00 judgment, so far taking $4.4K out of my bank account, then levying the rest on any property I owned. These people are heartless, incompetent, management lacking and under trained yet they have no problem charging you $27.00 an hour for that type of work ethics.... Read more

The caliber of people who write these reviews should tell you why the company let them go! Really take a look at yourself. This is an excellent company to work for and truly cares about its clients and CareGivers. Training is provided for every one you just have to use your brain and do the training. It has a very open door policy for all, If you are doing your job correctly"figger it out" a... Read more

All you have to look at is the remarks of these short time employees writing on here. The others claim their overly trained (when not) and are way over their head if an emergency did happen. I had to have a very delicate, complex back surgery in the line of duty in 2011, after coming home after being in the hospital for three weeks, I had to hire day help as my limited motion required outside... When I worked for this company, they had me on 24 hour shifts a few days a week including weekends. I wasn't too thrilled with 24 hour shifts but I got through them. But after a month or so I got real sick and need surgery. I told my manager what was going on and all she asked was "are you resigning?" and at that point I hadn't thought about resigning because I needed this job. She never asked... Read more

I worked for this company for a few months. They are very unprofessional to their employees and will do anything they can to find a reason to nip pick with you. I felt very uncomfortable with this company. I am glad I had God on my side and I was able to find employment else where. I had a hard time with them taking different fees out of my check without prior notice. They make you travel farther... Read more

I had an interview and I must say it went Great...that night I get an email saying I didn't get the job...REALLY! I would never work for Home Instead, and it's a good thing because they are unprofessional. I recently just applied for a caregiver position and I had an interview set up on a Tuesday, but when I called to see about rescheduling the interview due to a conflict at my full-time job the person there told me that the position has already been filled and I can reapply. I bet I won't reapply! There are... Read more
