All you have to look at is the remarks of these short time employees writing on here. The others claim their overly trained (when not) and are way over their head if an emergency did happen.

I had to have a very delicate, complex back surgery in the line of duty in 2011, after coming home after being in the hospital for three weeks, I had to hire day help as my limited motion required outside help. I was covered through the public safety long term help; in order to qualify for it, you basically had to be almost totally incompacitated to do anything. I was more frustrated with the help, than worrying about my recovery. They advertise they focus in senior care, not a person that still likes to have control of their household and life, and it's not their home (which one employee actually said it was).

They do not have to be certified with the state, their training is minimal, and most of their attitudes are very unprofessional. I had more than one worker, who was driving me somewhere, run red lights, with me being the contact if there was contact with the other car, and laughter came out when I questioned the action. Most were late, inadequate, never cooked one meal for me, it was horrific, but I was vunerable because of my condition and needed someone there. When I could think a bit more clearer because of pain meds, I dropped them.

So they came after me legally, I fought them, they utilize some legaleze and manipulation to get a judgment, now I have to hire a lawyer to stay on top of their unjustified maneuvers. Their legal representation stated to me incorrect movement I ask them to consider. In all this I was attempting to continue to recover in this long, complicated surgery and it residuals to this surgery, and they took total advantage of the situation.

They knew they had a great payment method with me as it was paid through my coverage, they were more interested in the paycheck and not my health issues or recovery, as I complained many times to them, and nothing changed, they would just send new undertrained people and I would have to go through the motions with every new one.

It was a miracle I got through that time period. I'm not one to complain too often, but please seriously consider this organization before you go with them.

Reason of review: unacceptable professional behavior.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
